All Customers would be required to pay total BSP (as per mention terms 12 months & 24 Months one time payment plot holders could be deposit their amount within 60 days.
Registration amount should be deposited within 30 Days from the date of taken receipt.
All instalment must be deposited with in dues date otherwise penalty @2% will be charged per month.
In Case of Cancellation of plot from customers side then deduction of 30% (forfeited amount adjusted after deduction of development expenses/levy, etc).
If after payment of token+registration amount, instalment are not paid continuously for three months then booking will be cancelled
All Customers having allotment letter would be free to "Assign" theirplot to intrested party in open market subject to payment of transfer charge @2% of BSP and "NO-DUES" Certificate from Department of Administration.
Sale deed registration charge's (stamp duty, after government, lavy charges, taxes, etc small be charged separately from the customers.
All Cheque/demand draft to be paid in favour of "Maa Shri Pitambara Realcon Pvt. Ltd."
PLC charges shall be calculated on the applicable rate as per the payment plan opted
